Celebrating 300 years

Gilbert White & The Oates Collection Museum we’re looking for a new design for their logo to be used in 2020 to celebrate the 300th Anniversary of the birth of Gilbert White (1720-1793).

As Gilbert White was famous for birds and nature and Oates for exploration, my idea was to combine the two elements into one graphic. The head and tail being a compass point and the wings as leaves.
